Chippy Cabinet Board/Grater Photo Display

March 10, 2015
I got this awesomely chippy, cabinet door panel from my Junkin' Friend Jodi.  Notice the raised part down the center of the panel.

It just so happened that this thrift shop vintage grater fit the panel's raised center almost perfectly.

I also purchased a package of ProMAG magnets, and hot glued plain buttons to the tops of the magnets.

The grater was screwed to the cabinet panel at the top and bottom.

I also added a file label bracket inside the grater handle and printed Family in a script font on my computer. A saw tooth hanger was added to the back for hanging.

Then I added a couple of family photos from the "olden days" with my button magnets.

This photo display is much more fun than a plain old frame, don't ya think?
