After Easter Spring Vignette
April 13, 2012
I am getting a lot of mileage out of my first spring vignette of 2012.
Remember it?
Then I added bunnies for a Spring/Easter vignette:
The bunnies are gone, BUT it's still SPRING, so I added another semi-vintage red clipper and rusty watering can pick to the toolbox, flour sifter with nest, and red cardinal from the dollar store.
It's still Spring in my kitchen corner vignette!

Cute little watering can pick! Unfortunately, my Easter decor is still up. Maybe I'll get around to changing it up this weekend if we get some sunshine to help motivate me!
ReplyDeleteLovely! I really like the nest in the sifter and the seed packets. Thanks for sharing

Love this little vignette. I am at a loss of what to do now that Easter has passed! Thanks for the cute ideas and I so need an old tool box:)I am hosting an "anything Goes" linky party right now through Monday night and I would be super excited if you stopped by to link up!

ReplyDeleteLove the garden theme in it.
Carlene: Really cute vignette. I like how you carried it on where Easter left off. Cute little cardinal..Happy Weekend..Judy
ReplyDeleteThat corner is really cute...I love that you have an area you can easily change for different occasions!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty vignette. My favorite is the bird nest in the sifter...how unique. And, dang, I couldn't take my eyes off of that green shutter. I've got one to paint and hang and have been thinking about colors for it. I really like the green. Hmmm.... I saw your link at TT&J's party.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I'm pinning one of your pics...gotta remember where I saw that green shutter :)
Lovely photos, thanks for sharing them. I am now following you.
ReplyDeleteLovely. I like having a little spot that can become a favorite vignette. Really love the old shutter - it's such a nice backdrop.
ReplyDeleteP.S. Came to you through In the Old Road's FB mention
You always create the greatest vignettes in that corner. I love how you can just change out a few things and it has a whole new look. Fabulous. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteYou are so talented! I didn't even know what a vignette was before I started blogging and I made my first one for my kitchen table for Easter but it was sad compared to yours! LOL! Maybe if I keep seeing nice ones like yours and keep practicing I'll get better with time. I hope so! LOL! I love how you use everyday things too. I would have never thought of that. Good job!
