Two Dollar Decor II

I just transformed this $2 thrift shop purchase.

I loved the shape of the frame, and I like cameos,  but the dirty green velvet had to go.






The tag on back says the framed cameo is made by Burwood Products Company, Traverse City, Michigan.  I think it's vintage.

I painted the frame and the the cameo edging in a creamy white, removed the green velvet and Mod Podged burlap on the cardboard insert.

The cameo picture looks like it will coordinate well with my bathroom decor.

I love this little $2 update.

    Really cute Carlene! I have one of my mothers cameos. I picked up and old fern picture the other day. Painted it white and was thinking I would change the mat to burlap too. Love that burlap!

    I have this same frame only on black Velvet and the Cameo is facing the opposite direction.
