What Have I Bought Lately?
June 03, 2013
In the last couple weeks, I have purchased these items:
This chippy barn door. $30.
A great vintage oval mirror in great shape. $25 estate sale.
A great old vintage frame. $10 at the estate sale.
Two vintage aluminum muffin tins for $2. I wonder if those Pinterest grease removal tips work?
A vintage aluminum round tray with handles. Estate sale $3.
Lakeside vintage red level. $4 at the estate sale.
From a church sale, this rusty, shallow, wire basket with long wire handle. What is it? My husband says it's nothing for fishing. Eggs? Deep frying? Very long wire handle with loop on the end. $5 donation.
AND a great sign painted by my friend Deb at the Tattered Angel...

What great treasures! I love that door and the mirror and frame are gorgeous! That long handled basket may have been used for trolling for oysters or clams. It would be dragged along the sand, scooping up the oysters. If not, I have no idea LOL! Have fun with your new goodies! Hugs, Leena
