Re-Purposed Drawer Pull Christmas Ornament

This is a metal drawer pull I got from my Junkin' Friend Jodi, probably for free!
I started the ornament re-purpose by pulling back the ring on the drawer pull and actually bending it just a bit so it would hang straight up and down.
Have you ever used Rub 'n Buff Wax 
? I normally use it on gold frames to brighten them up, but on this project, I used Antique White. I simply rubbed it on the edges and raised areas with my finger.

I also used a little Rub 'n Buff on the gold parts of the crystals to tone down the gold. My drawer pull had a small hole in the bottom to hang the crystal already, but you could drill one if you had to.
Adding a ribbon hang tie was the last step before hanging my drawer pull ornament.
This ornament was cheap, easy and beautiful!

Great idea! I love the look with the Rub n Buff. Sooo pretty, and the blingy dangly is the perfect finishing touch.
