A Junk Garden Path Can Be A Work Of Art
June 28, 2016
If you have followed my blog for long, you will recall the whimsical garden paths created by my sister in law, Kris. Garden path 2016 has a geometric design, with bricks aligned inside rectangular rusty metal industrial frames.
Galvanized containers and other rusty junk decor line the pathway.
A huge tub of dahlias with bright orange putters lines the right of the pathway.
Just past the dahlia tub sits a cute little green stand with terracotta pots and a troll too!
More rusty industrial planters filled with lantana in the garden. A metal frog is sunning himself on a rock.
This is the other side of the pathway in dappled shade this morning. In July this flower bed will become a riot of blooming color.
This gorgeous junk garden, and it's pathway will always be my favorite!
Here are photos of Kris's garden pathway in previous years:
Don't you wish you had some old bricks and junky metal to make your own garden pathway?
