I purchased this set of six round ornament frames last year at Hobby Lobby.
(When you click on the bold Amazon, Old Sign Stencils or Dixie Belle Paint Company affiliate links you will be taken to the products I use for this project. If you order it does not change the price or service at all. As an Amazon Affiliate, Old Sign Stencils Affiliate or Dixie Belle Paint Affiliate, I earn from qualifying purchases.
They are still available, and at 50% off, I paid $2.99 for six.
This is the back.
I took the frames apart and painted three with Fusion Mineral Paint in Fort York Red and three with Fusion Mineral Paint in Champlain.
It's early for Christmas decorating, but not too early to make decorations for Christmas. Some items may be sold out long before Christmas, if you don't look early!

These round gift tags from Dollar General just so happened to fit almost perfectly in the frames.
I paid $1.
Here is the cute little sled in a Champlain colored frame.
The cute little camper in a Champlain frame,
the camper in a Fort York Red frame,
AND the VW Bug in a red frame.
Here are all six ornaments!
Pin for later!
Thanks for visiting!

Hi, I would love to buy these round frames. But when I click on your HobbyLobby link, it doesn't work. Can you please help? I really really want them. They are so lovely! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI guess they are sold out. When I made mine they were still available online. They may still be in the stores. Sorry.
DeleteIn case anyone is looking for the ornament frame, they are currently in my Hobby Lobby. HOwever, I probably won't be able to find the cute gift tags in Dollar General. Guess I will improvise with some other picture to fit in the frame. Thank you for the cute idea.
