My project today began with a framed corkboard.
I guess I called them bulletin boards back in the day!

It was a $9.99 Imagination Station World Map Corkboard but I won't be needing the map.
I purchased this corkboard because it was the perfect size for my project.
I went to my favorite black paint, Dixie Belle Chalk Finish Paint in Caviar to paint the corkboard.
One of the awesome new Christmas 2019 stencils from *Old Sign Stencils includes this Christmas Countdown Bingo Edition Stencil.
This is my first time using this stencil, however, I have used another Bingo Star Stencil from Old Sign Stencils.
*Old Sign Stencils provided me with complimentary samples. All opinions about these fabulous stencils are my own.
All prices on the Old Sign Stencils's website are listed in Canadian currency. A handy currency conversion link is provided for your convenience.

Look how perfectly my stencil fits the Caviar Black painted corkboard.
I taped it down with blue painter's tape.
I stenciled the numbers and lines with Fusion Mineral Paint in Champlain, the tree in a discontinued Fusion paint (Upper Canada Green), the ornament in Fusion Mineral Paint in Fort York Red, and the snowflake in Fusion Mineral Paint in Champness.
I then waxed the paint and stencils with Big Mama's Butta, wiping off the excess after about an hour or so.
I am super happy with how my Christmas Countdown Bingo Card turned out!

This little box of ceramic ornaments is from an At Home store in the twin cities.
The box of mini ornaments cost me $4.99.
The missing ornament was this tree that I also painted with Fusion Mineral Paint in Upper Canada Green.
The pushpin and tree ornament will be keeping track of the Advent/Christmas countdown.
The push pin fit right through the ornament string hanger hole.
I am loving my black Christmas decor this year.
The black divided drawer was painted and stenciled in a blog post HERE.
Thanks for visiting today!
