Stenciled Dollar Tree Craft Tote Decorated For Easter
February 25, 2021
I ended up purchasing a couple of blue craft totes from Dollar Tree.
I have a few more ideas for the totes, and here is another Easter idea.

I used the square tile pattern stencil, also from Dollar Tree, for this project.
I taped it to the front of the blue tote using blue painter's tape.
The stencil is a really a good fit on the tote.
I pounced on my stencil using Dixie Belle Chalk Finish Paint in Putty.
You could use another chalk paint or craft acrylic paint. Just make sure to not have your brush too wet or the paint may seep under the stencil.
These decorative paper shreds in my Putty paint color were also a Dollar Tree find.
These speckled Easter egg six packs were also a Dollar Tree purchase.
I tucked the front handle of my tote bag inside the bag and stuffed it with the paper shreds.
I then added my six Easter eggs, and placed a few more paper shreds around the eggs.
A six pack fit in the tote nicely!
Another easy and inexpensive Dollar Tree craft idea!
