March 15, 2021

I purchased the Cross on the left at Dollar Tree and the one one the right at Dollar General.

I purchased these two at Dollar Tree.

I gave them all a makeover.

First, I painted all four Crosses with Dixie Belle Chalk Finish Paint in Drop Cloth.

It took two coats of paint.

I swirled parts of the stencil on the three larger Crosses with Dixie Belle Chalk Finish Paint in Caviar.

Photo of rub on transfers sheet
I cut the word "Faith" from this rub on transfer sheet I purchased a while back at Hobby Lobby.

I rubbed it onto the smaller, thicker Cross.

I then tied my little Cross onto a natural beaded jute garland.

These are really easy to make with jute and beads.

Here my farmhouse style garland is draped over a stack of old Bibles.

I waxed all the Crosses with Dixie Belle Best Dang Furniture Wax in Clear.

The Crosses have parts of the lace pattern stencil all over them.

The Crosses create a very neutral vignette.  A vignette that isn't just for Easter time.
