End of July Junk Finds
July 31, 2021
While in the Twin Cities last weekend, I found a few fun items to upcycle repurpose, like this midcentury modern style coffee table for $10.
I've already got this washed up and base coated with two coats of Dixie Belle BOSS in Clear. I knew the dark reddish stain would likely bleed through a light colored paint.
(When you click on the bold Amazon, Old Sign Stencils or Dixie Belle Paint Company affiliate links you will be taken to the products I used for this project. This solid wooden tote was priced at $4.99.
This large galvanized metal sign (originally from Home Goods) was priced at $9.99. I will likely paint the top and leave the sides metal for a new sign.
This child's wooden wall art easel was priced at $2.99.
I have already started a project with piece. It will be on the blog next week.
The white shadow box was priced at $3.99.
I found this little grater at a local flea market today for a buck.
I will maybe repurpose it as Christmas decor. (Unless I just keep it for my farmhouse kitchen!)
Vintage cheese boxes $3 each at the flea market. I like these for repurposing projects.
A metal tool tote for $2. I don't pass up totes very often!
Two galvanized hardware bins/drawers. I love stuff like this. I love them cleaned up and decorated a bit.
I found another vintage typing table for $5!
A rustic plain crate for $5. It needs a good cleaning and a little stenciling!
A vintage wooden folding chair for $8. I love these chairs.
Another child's rustic folding chair for $3.
Four vintage window screens for $3.
AND, I got this free. A little chair,
That folds into a step stool.
That's it everybody. Time to get busy. Thanks for visiting!
