Give Thanks Fall Old Truck Sign With A Hobby Lobby Stencil
October 24, 2021
These two slatted, rustic board photo holders with plexiglass are Goodwill
finds.
Today I used the second holder in a fall project.

Last week, I used one of the rustic, slatted photo holders to create a
Christmas bird sign with chalk paint and a decor transfer HERE.
On Friday, I found this fun 2 piece fall truck stencil at a Hobby Lobby
store for $1.99 (fall sale priced).
I taped the stencils onto my photo board.
They were just the right size.
I then pounced on the stencil using Fusion Mineral Paint in Raw Silk.
I did not wax or seal the stencil as it is protected under the overhang on the front door, and I wanted to preserve the rustic feel of the boards.
The sign hangs from a wire already on the photo holder.
Many times inexpensive stencils look very inexpensive, but this one is not too bad.
If you have been itching to try your hand at stenciling, this one would be a good one to try.
Pin for later!
I found this Christmas truck stencil on Hobby Lobby's website HERE. Also $1.99.
If you are a gnome fan, this one's for you! I picked it up at the store for $3.49, and it is available online HERE.
Thanks for visiting! Happy stenciling!
